4 Milford massage parlors shut down

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH)-- Milford police shut down four massage parlors under the city's stricter new massage parlor rules.
Milford passed strict new massage parlor rules last fall, mandating among other things, that all workers be trained and licensed.
Ginko Beauty Spa at 554 Boston Post Road, Body Relax Palace at 365 New Haven Avenue, Kung-Fu Massage at 1201 Boston Post Road and Great Massage at 365 Boston Post Rd, were all found to have several violations and were closed.
One business, Merritt Massage at 465 Bridgeport Avenue, had only minor violations and was allowed to stay open.
The operation is ongoing.
