Each of The three columns of muscles of the Erector spine

Searching the web and typing in Erector spine I found the following:

Iliocastalis
Longissimus
Spinalis

These are the 3 main sets of muscles that extend from the top of spine/neck (Erector) and extend down the back.

Hope this helps. No doubt someone else will assist also

I know that your question has been answeared, but if you have any Xmas money, can I recommend the 'Pocket Atlas of the Moving Body' by Mel Cash. I have found the book very useful in my A&P studies, especialyy sports massage.

Besides, did you get bored on Xmas day to ask this question?

Hello there Jason,

Bored? I wish lol No thought it would be nice to aks for help as said I am recovering from severe brain injury and dont have the resources that others have with my studies and these kind ladies came to my rescue. I have the books here but I was finding it hard to explain it in standard way as I said I have a problem at that time I was struggling with and had to get my exam paper in.

Ladies to let you know I submitted my 3 lessons you both helped with 1 of them and I got 100% on them all, so thank you greatly x
