adding more services to massage buss

hello i haven't posted much. i am an massage therapist and an occuapational therapy asst. I just got my mediciad provider number from the department of children and families here in Florida for massage and respite care. i have been doing occupational therapy for a while now.  i have been asked from some families i treat if i am going to start offering more services than just massage and respite. i want to but i dont know how i am going to be able to bill for these services? I dont want to turn away business. especially when i can provide all the Occuapational therapy services myself all i need is an Occupational Therapist to do evals. I can find the therapists thats not the problem.  hope this makes sense to you all. thank you very much. carrie
