I like Mudd Stuffin's points (especially 2 and 3). A couple of attendants have informed me that even though they are open until 2am (as advertised) that if a client comes in later (usually drunk) they will stay late, sometimes until 5am, even if they (the attendant) want to go home.
From a client's point of view this would be great but from the attendants point of view I can see it being a hassle. They are likely tired, sore, uncomfortable, hungry and want to go home. They also have to stay 1-2 hours after close anyway to clean and do the laundry for the next shift tommorrow. so, if you think of it a 7hr shift could end up being 12 hrs (a pretty long day by most people's standards). Unhappy attendants could bolt or create unhappy clients by giving off bad attitudes.
BP has the best facility in the GTA, but happy attendants means happy clients which means more business. For some reason these ladies have left because they are unhappy. Why? Probably for the 3 reasons just stated.
My 2 cents
