DAVIESS CO., Ky. (WFIE) - Daviess County Sheriff’s Office officials say another arrest has been made in the illicit massage business operation that led to several arrests in Owensboro.
As we’ve previously reported, deputies began an investigation after receiving tips last year alleging sexual activity was happening at East Spa and Bloom 88, former known as Super Lucky Spa.

On April 8, after an 8-month long investigation, detectives along with investigators from multiple agencies executed search warrants at both locations.
Officials say during the search of the businesses; several items were found supporting the allegations of illicit sexual activity.
The items found included a large number of opened and unopened condoms hidden in various compartments, large amounts of US currency, lingerie, sex toys, bank records, wire transfers to banks and locations in China, ledgers and credit card receipts.
Four suspects, later identified as Kenneth Robert Dash, Liping Fen, Lequn Hu and Xueling Ma, were arrested and booked into the Daviess County Jail.
On Wednesday, DCSO officials arrested Meixin Li for her involvement in operating the illicit massage business.
Officials say Li, who had been developed as a suspect during the investigation, was not present during the raids so a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Following her arrest, she was taken to the FBI office in Owensboro and given the Miranda warning and interviewed by SIU detectives prior to being lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
She is being charged with Engaging in Organized Crime.
