i've read old threads in regards to poor experiences/images of answering services.

i'm curious to hear any positive stories that might be out there.

Hello,
I use a local answering service, they are about 30 minutes away from me. I went from using voicemail to using the answering service. We have 4 massage therapist including myself, an acupuncturist on Monday's and a counselor on Tuesday and Thursday. I have had positive results using this AS. They do not schedule for us nor do they give out price information. They just take names and numbers and give directions if anyone can't find us. We do not lose callers anymore do to voicemail fear and we look more professional with an actual person answering the phone. The cost is so much more affordable than having someone sitting there all day.

Now, the people answering are human and I have had maybe two comments on a small problem with cross information. However, there are no horror stories and I am very happy I went with the answering service. I found out about them through a chiropractor in town who uses this particular company and is happy with them, and so am I.
