Aqua Chi Detox Spa

Hi folks
Not sure where to post this, but I'm sure someone will move it if needs be.

yesterday I had a Chi Detox, which involved the Aqua Chi Detox Spa machine at our clinic. Basically it's a foot bath with a machine in it, and you put your feet in this bath and wait for a few minutes. The water changes colour.

I'd like to hear from any of you who uses this detox method. What is it doing? What should happen? What does it do to your body? What is the aftercare? I'd ask the clinic owner but she's gone to Spain!
