Anyone starting an "at home business" or already in business that would like to share their menu? Do you have any spa treatments included?

I'm at a loss here trying to write my menu.(layout- wise)

Here is the text version of what I have in the massage room:

Customized Massage: Therapy session is customized for the individual. Swedish and Deep tissue massage techniques will be used.
Hour session -- $65.00
(Maintenance Plan 1 $55.00, Maintenance Plan 2 $60.00)
Hour and a Half session -- $100.00
(Maintenance Plan 1 $ 85.00, Maintenance Plan 2 $90.00)
Half Hour Session -- $35.00

Pre-Natal Massage: Therapy session customized for the needs of the expectant mother
Hour Session -- $75.00
(Maintenance Plan 1 $70.00, Maintenance Plan 2 $65.00)
Half Hour Session -- $40.00

Maintenance Plan 1 -- maintain regular massage therapy sessions every 2 weeks to receive discount Only for appointment of an hour or more.
Maintenance Plan 2 -- maintain regular massage therapy sessions once a month to receive discount. Only for appointments of an hour or more.

Headache Massage: Massage session with specific techniques for headache relief and prevention
Hour session -- $65.00

Hot Stone Massage: Specialty massage using heated stones to aid in relaxation and reduction of muscular tension.
Add on to hour length customized massage
(5-10 additional minutes added to session): $20.00

90 minute swedish massage with stones: $115.00

** A fee will be charged for less than 48-hour cancellation notice and for "no-show" appointments. The fee charged will be no less than regular fee charged for service missed, including maintenance plan members.
