What's in your newsletter this month?

Our class schedule has been totally revamped, so a lot of my e-n is about the upcoming holistic pet care and healthy home classes, speaking engagements and expos we'll be doing.

I also included an article about 'Charley Horses'. I'm looking for more info to add 'meat' to the e-n and was wondering what you're all up to as well!

Perhaps you could include some stretches and self care for say... Plantar Fasciitis or whatever else may be calling at the moment. The software is free and pretty cool. I've been emailing some stretching routines to clients who've been very grateful for it. I think it would make a nice addition to a newsletter.

Hey guys,
I'm glad you found the link helpful. I've already gotten some clients to rebook after giving them the handouts. Anyway, great idea about adding it in a newsletter. I haven't thought about using it in that way!!
