Authorities make another arrest in Owensboro massage parlor investigation - Yahoo

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Detectives from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office have made another arrest in connection to alleged illicit sexual activity occurring at two Owensboro massage businesses.

Earlier this month, detectives with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at East Spa and Bloom 88, following an eight-month long investigation into illicit sexual activity at the businesses. During the search, investigators reported finding numerous items supporting the allegations, and four people were charged with engaging in organized crime.

On Wednesday, authorities also arrested Meixin Li, 53, of Flushing, New York, and charged her with engaging in organized crime. Authorities say Li had been developed as a suspect during the investigation, but was not present when the search warrants were executed.
