Blurred vision...

I wonder if anyone can help me pls?

One of my clients for reflexology has reported having blurred vision when she gets home after having a treatment. I've treated her 3 times and it's happened on the last two treatments. It doesn't last very long at all, but I wondered if anyone has experienced this.

Some clients mention headaches after (toxin release)or a bit dizzy, but haven't had this one. Is she a migraine sufferer? Does she feel dizzy too? I tend to raise and lower the chair really slowly to help restore balance etc. She may have very sensitive neuro system, perhaps lighter pressure on the brain rflx might help.

Has she had any other symptoms of underlying conditions?

Just as a precaution and to 'cover yourself', I'd suggest your client see their GP - just in case...

I suggest an optician, or making sure this client tells the GP that they want to see a specialist opthalmologist at the nearest hsopital eye clinci.

Don't want to alarm you and probably has nothing to do with your treatements, or nothing wrong with their eyes, just tiredness or some other issue, but the client could have the onset of any number of eye conditions. GPs don't normally refer to opthalmologists based on blurred vision, as they are general practitiners not specialists., so the client needs to be firm

PS I work for the RNIB, and this is the advice I would give to someone who asked me in working hours.

Hi Sara, I wonder if her BP has dropped quite a bit due to the treatment and is on the low side anyway? Best to get it checked as the folks say.
