Hi all,

How busy is your practice this last week of the year?? I am swamped!! This week was full before Christmas already. Now people are still calling. Regulars as well as people wanting to redeem Christmas gift certs. 24 hours of massage spread between Monday and Saturday.... it is a record breaking week for my 15 month old business.

I changed the message on my answering maching saying I am not taking any more appointments this week. On top of that, I am taking the first week in January off to set up my new office. I will post pictures somewhere and let you all see them when I am finished.

hey, congrats on good business! i'm with you though - the last two weeks, this week and next week are crazy for me.. although, EVERYONE on my book rescheduled today so i had NOTHING - but i know it will make up, and like i said, they did reschedule.

hopefully the busy trend will continue : )

Oh yeah Christine I've been busy the last few days too, though I'm just right up the road an hour from you. LOL
But my clients lately have all been friends and family... I think every one else is still stuck in holiday mode. I am booking into January already though, which is a Good thing!
I had 3 outcall massages to do yesterday... I think lunch was around 2:30... I wolfed down a yogurt and ran off to do my last massage... and trudged home somewhere around 4:45. My hands were kicking out some serious heat... it was like hot stone without the rocks! LOL

Funny thing is all the hair dressers in my building are running slow. A few even took the next couple weeks off. I guess everyone gets their hair done before christmas and then bam... nothing.

I was the only one in the building on Monday, the first person on the second level today, the last person on the second level today, and will be there early tomarrow morning. Of course, some of that is because I am painting and wallpapering my new room.
