Can a lawyer introduce an unrelated evidence in a child custody case?

Such "the father watched child porno at work." Why or why not. Tell me more about this from the constitution perspective.

Well you're right Lindsay from moral perspective. But for some reason, the law wouldn't allow the use of a separate evidence in a separate case but I can't figure out why!

If the lawyer has proof then it would be admitted as it directly relates to child safety and welfare. But the lawyer would have to have proof that this is happening and he would turn over such evidence to the police, who would toss the creep into jail thus ending the child custody case.

Now if it just a rumor or the lawyer doesn't have proof then it can't be entered. Otherwise in every custody case each person would claim that.

i would think yes to that cause thats pretty sick so it would have revalence to a childs wellfare they would want to know all about this
