cleanliness of mp's

I haven't read too many reviews citing diseases caught from uncleanliness in mp's. is it safe to assume that most of you have enjoyed clean, safe, disease-free environments in your many visits to your favourate mp's?

Having visited many MP's here is a list of things to avoid in order to avoid catching anything.

Avoid filthy showers. I've seen the worst showers at Alphacare and Asian Palace. Mould and mildew growing on the caulk joints.

Avoid dirty floors especially those that are badly stained such as those found at Alphacare.

Avoid MPA's that dont appear clean. IE: dirty fingernails, stained clothes and no I'm not giving any examples on that.

Licensed MP's are usually your best bet for cleanliness. Although there are some that are unlicensed that actually care about how they look. Its best to seek out the MP's that have private in room showers. Although there are a few out there that have common showers that are cleaned very very often.

As long as you pay attention to your surroundings and stick with the common rules I've posted above, your chances of catching anything are very very remote.

Heh heh so in other words, avoid AlphaCare. Too bad that place was decent once upon a time.

Also, avoid wet floors as much as possible. You can get plantars warts from such enviroments, just like at a swimming pool. Also avoid moist towels. You can get all sorts of fungal nasites from wet towels. Athletes foot, ringworm, crabs tons of nasty stuff.

I think part of finding a place you like is finding one at which you feel comfortable from this standpoint.

excellent advice, thanks. have any of you veteran mp goers managed to completely avoid any or all of the aforementioned nasties? i intend to completely steer clear of these situations if possible.

Yes, and yeah watch out for the wet floors too. I usually have a dry towel sitting on the floor for when I come out of the showers.

Hygiene and disease is always my concerns and indeed it is one of the risk that we take.

I bring my own disinfectant and use it all the time.

I have found that BP is probably the cleanest not to mention the most impressively decorated MP in the GTA.

BTW, Alphacare has purchased new carpets (for what it's worth).
