Well, not really a client but a good friend of mine whom I give reflexology treatment too every week. She is in her late 20's and suffers from M.E. (diagnosed when she was 21) although is capable of controlling the symptoms these days. However she has been under a bit of stress recently and has not been feeling that well, having as many 'bad days' as good days in the last month or so.
Anyway, during the treatment she felt a bit dizzy and i had to help her off the couch/bed before she sat down and got herself together. She was okay afterwards but she did comment that it mainly happened as I was thumb walking the zones and going over her chest/ lung reflexes (around the ball of the foot).
I usually do a whole treatment of the feet simply to relax her and put her state of mind at ease, she really enjoys it and I feel it does help her overall.
What do you think the reason behind her being dizzy could be? Could she be coming down with something and poss have low b/p, or could it be simply due to stress she has been feeling recently?
apologies if this sounds a bit vague!
thanks X
