Cnhc registration

Hi Guys

Has anyone else had problems renewing their CNHC registration.

Yesterday with 11 days to go before my registration runs out and not having recieved an email reminder which i should have had a month before the renewal date,I decided to renew on line, to do that I had to go into 'my CNHC' which is the bit where all my personal info is kept and press the renew button, no button.

I then phone CNHC and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me I havn't got a button because a reminder wasn't sent out and she will contact IT and they will email me when sorted.

Later in the day I get an email from CNHC telling me they have reset my password which I then had to re-reset back, but they still haven't given me that button.

I phoned again this morning and a different lady told me that the button is generated when the reminder is sent out she will talk to IT who will email me when its sorted.
