Here I sit at a computer at a Townsville City council computer. (at the local libary) Trying to do the chat room thing. For a sec there thought I was going to be lucky. It told me to put my details in which is the first time I ever saw that and then it told me no connertion. The main reason for this is that computers are bastards that should be bloodey well shot. Still might try internet massageplanete in town.

Col, sorry to hear that you still can't get into the chat room. As for shooting the computer, that's probably going a bit far. I normally find that just giving it a swift beating around the monitor usually works. I'm sure one day you'll succeed in getting into the chat room.

On a different note, have you seen or heard of Glamour Reviewom Cairns who advertises on AE? I know you don't visit AE anymore but thought maybe you had heard of her. She says she visits Townsville often. She look like a real cutey.

you really shouldn't take it so personally. I think the real bastards are most likely the pricks who sit on townsville council. these are the people who spend bucketloads of cash on themselves and absolutely jack on the local library's computers.

next time vote for the geek......he at least might know something about computers

You will probably find that the council uses a firewall to protect its network Reviewom " :twisted: nasty hackers :twisted: ". This will stop you Reviewom accessing the chat room. I have the same problem Reviewom my computer at work. (which I would never use to look at this kind of web site) : :
You might have to invest in you own computer and access.
