hey! sorry if the caps lock bothered you, i just needed this to be clear. haha, anywho!
okay, so I have 2 weeks until cross country starts for us, so that means I have 2 weeks of training left to do..
I have a few questions and I hope you guys can help me out by answering them.
How much should I run for the next 2 weeks?
How long should I run [per day]?
Does anyone know any good stretches & exercises before I go out and run?
Any Healthy foods I should try & eat to help me with my running and stuff.
& ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW!
also, may I remind you, i am COMPLETELY NEW to joining cross country,
as of right now, i'm not what you would call a "fast runner" or runner in general.
for our school miles, i can't run a full one, i usually stop and walk after the 1st lap... (lame i know)
i just really wanna try something new & since i have started to like running more, i wanna join cross country & it would be alot of help if anyone could help me out with tips/advice!
