CST E-book

Been thinking a lot lately about writing an e-book about CranioSacral Therapy. I have two questions:

1. Have any of you written and currently market an e-book?

2. What kind of info would you want in an e-book (CST specific or in general)

This is still in the really early brainstorming seforum.xxxes so any/all info is welcome and appreciated.

Potentially both ...

I would want the first e-book to be very general info about the CS system, the work, the history, what conditions it may address, what to expect in a session. I know this sort of answers my question #2. But I am looking to see if this is the type of info one would want; and potentially what more would one find interesting or helpful in understanding the work.

It's not just a book for my clients, but a book that I hope others out there would find to show them how this work may help them feel better. For therapists, maybe see how CST is actually structural work and not just energy work.

Mmm I think you'd have better luck marketing really targeted, problem solving ebooks... 7 Ways Craniosacral Therapy helps , things like that. Problem-solving books.

I suppose a client education book might be valuable to therapists to give to their potential clients. Sounds like a free gift thrown in to sweeten the deal on a larger package though.

Great luck to you, Brian. With the amount of knowledge of and love for CST, any book (E or print), would be great and I would certainly be one of the first to get it.

E may be the easiest and less expensive approach as well as the ability to more easily update (if that's appropriate). I think you would need to focus on your market (perceived and wished for). What do you want to accomplish with the book? Who is your market? What are the benefits of CST (like EgoMagickian suggested)?

I know you already have a general idea with some specifics. Have you asked any of your CST colleagues about this and asked for their opinions?
