Does anyone know about Colour Therapy??

Does anyone do Colour Therapy? I've recently become very drawn to the colour red but i'm not sure why. I've never worn anything red because i never thought it suited me but i've brought a red top today and i'm wearing red nail varnish. Does this mean anything?

in the chakras red is for the base chakra (base of spine) and governs the physical body, social position+ survival. so you might need to reconnect with your body, maybe exercise or work a bit harder if you feel you are slacking a bit! red can also indicate vitality, ambition, lust and a hightened sex life! so maybe take a look at these aspects of life also!
maybe you are subconseiously(spell) trying to increase your strength and sexuality?

Thanks for your reply. I have recently started exercising to improve my general health and self confidence so i guess that's the link with the physical body. Wish i could say the same for the lust and sex life but unfortunately not.
