Downtown

I will be in New Orleans next weekend.

Staying at a downtown hotel.

Reading the reviews it looks like the pad is a good place to go. I won't have a car in town and it looks like the lilly pad is a little ways off, too far to walk to from downtown.

What do you suggest I do?
Take a cab there? Approx how much is a cab from downtown to the pad?
Is it a safe area?

Any other suggestions in the downtown area that I may be able to walk to?

It would be a pretty expensive cab ride to the Lilly Pad from the quarters . They are showing this place as the Lilly pad on google but its not the Lilly Pad every one talks about. anyway I stayed at a hotel close to this place and stumbled in there one early one morning and had a pretty good time . I do not remember the girls name and the name of the massage parlor was Aloha when I went.it was the normal 160 price decent massage and a decent happy ending any way I googled it and this is the address and name its showing now

Ok, I will look for hollywood spa when I am there. If google maps is correct, it is not too far of a walk from where i will be staying.

What is the protocol in these places? Here in Ontario, there is a door fee based on how long you want to visit and then extras are discussed once inside the room.

From reading reviews, looks like $160 is top price and gets FS, BJ and more.
Do I just pay this amount up front or wait until services rendered?

what is the best way to approach the visit?

I've always just handed them the $.6 upfront, usually without a problem. The only places that tried to upsell me from there were at the Green Door in the CBD and The Asian Spa on Canal by Broad. I ended up ignoring both of them and just went about my business for what I gave them.
