East Northport Massage Parlor Raid: Man, Woman Arrested, Police Say - Patch

EAST NORTHPORT, NY — A man and woman were arrested during a massage parlor raid in East Northport on Wednesday, Suffolk police said.


Second Precinct officers, with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Building Department, investigated Tranquil Spa, at 165 Larkfield Road, following numerous community complaints, police said. Two employees were arrested, police said.

Ling Li, 40, of Flushing, was charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a profession and two counts of prostitution, police said.


Jian Lin Zhang, 56, of Flushing, was charged with fourth-degree promoting prostitution and second-degree criminal nuisance, police said.

Both Li and Zhang were issued desk appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.


The Town of Huntington issued several summonses and violations to the business, police said.
