Employee Incentives!!!

Greetings everyone...I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I couldn't remember my login info. to save my life.  I'm still in the process of creating awareness for SPAtaneity, which seems to be an ongoing process. However in this process I've made some pretty good contacts and have a wonderful team of MT's and spa professionals. I'm very interested in offering some sort of bonus or incentive in an effort to show my appreciation to those team members who have introduced me to new team members. Obviously, the newcomers will have to stay with me for at least 3 months to determine if this is a good match. I do want offer something to my MT's.Any suggestions? I think monetary incentives are always the way to go, but I'm not sure what to pay out....I'd love to hear from those of you who have your own businesses and even those who work for someone. Pay always works for me but I would love to receive a gift cert. for massage or spa treatment. How often do your therapists get massage/spa treatments?  If you give it where they work, it should be received very professionally and possibly on day off if they wish. { you know, CMT- VIP day for them}    You could also give them a gift cert. for another place and then they could report back what they liked/didn't like about their experience.

give them cash.  that's what they'll appreciate the most.  as far as an amount goes, depends really.   i'd say if someone sends in a good mt it should be worth $100.  seems like a small price to pay for a good mt referral.
