Fifa '09 newbie Question (PSP)?

Hey

I read on wikipedia that there are over 500 different teams, and national teams too, even the iphone version advertises this, so I'm guessing it's on the PSP version too. Newbie question.. where in the menu do I go to access the Finnish team? =P I can only choose from a limited amount of leagues.. how do I play a cup? How do I access the other teams I thought I was going to be able to play? Thanks in advance.
@CODwarrior: Thanks for responding. Go to 'create'? Under what mode would that be, Be A Pro mode? Did that, same limited selection of teams and leagues. Tournament? First thing I tried when I got the game, that isn't it. So, if you do have the game, please go back to it and see under what modes it is for you, maybe I don't have those modes on my PsP? Please be specific, like e.g. "Game Modes > Tournament > Click on the upper right" when you're giving me directions. And yeah sure, you'll get 10 points after this is resolved.

I'm not 100% sure on the psp, but go to game modes, then tournament mode, (if you wont to go on a "world cup" then i suggest you go to create. you will then pick a team. good luck and have fun. 10 points please?
