I've been visiting Toronto MPs for four years and had my share of great experiences as well as many lousy ones. Now, I also travel to Russia regularly (the place I call home) and of course never miss a chance to attend local MPs. So I thought I'd provide a brief summary here (in a way of adding some international flavour to the forum).
The arrangements are similar, yet different, from Toronto MPs. The places are usually located in large apartments, varying from rather shabby to luxirious, the same range as you find in Toronto. The apartments are not marked in any way, but the owners advertise in local journals, so there you can get the phone #, and then the address. The services vary widely. There are some places with "no pussy-touching" policies that are strictly enforced (you can be Brad Pitt throwing waddles of 100-dollar bills at the MPA and that still won't get you anywhere - they are virgins for chrisssake). Then there are other places where anything goes. And there are places anywhere in between of these two extremes.
The massage is done on a futon rather than a massage table, with masseuse fully undressed. The basic package is a "calssic" back rub plus body-slide with all sort of variations (tit-f...ing, emulating rider position with a hand-job behind her back, emulating oral with johnson squeezed between the neck and the shoulder, etc.). That sets you back 23 USD and that is 1 hr (which is real 1hr). Rather amusingly, the reverse does not cost anything and is usually received with much appreciations. Full service where available (with msog) is about twice that amount.
Now the part many of you would like the most. The majority of the girls are 18-19 (there is NO 17 y.o., all owners check their passports before they get admitted). Many are truly beautiful and, obviously, quite innocent at this age. Many are college students. The age of 25 is pretty much the limit - you would have to try hard to find someone older than that (unless you look for advertising mentioning older women).
All in all, I should say, this is simply in a different league compare to what you can get in Toronto (and that includes places like HFH and Corby 2). To be more specific, my best Russian experiences are way more memorable than my best Toronto experiences, and my worst Russian experiences would still probably rank as good by Toronto standards.
For those of you who may wonder, the business is absolutely safe (in my ca. 50 visits I never had any trouble and only once heard some hearasay about the "hostile takeover" of a certain MP, but that did not involve clients anyway). Now the language barrier will be a problem (so for those of you who enjoy intelligent conversation, you are not likely to get that; rudimentary English would be available in many cases, and sometimes you can get passable English, but you would need to spend some time on the phone to find that). You can probably convey your important deisres in any event.
FYI the airplane tix are about 1k, and you can get them cheaper if you shop really hard. That's steep, but then St.Petersburg is a beautiful city which you may want to visit once in your lifetime irregardless (just do not go there in winter unless you hail from Yellowknife).
