Let me first start by saying I am a long time member of the other board and for a time being was a very active poster. I found this forum a while back and since then have utilized it regularly, but for personal reasons no longer post. Further, most times I have something positive or negative to say its already been done so why restate. If this is reason to say I lack credibility here then so be it, but I do feel we as the "funding" for this hobby need band together and stop the crap which is becoming more evident daily.
I've had several poor encounters the past year but these last two have set me off and I feel a need to tell you all in hopes if we stop putting up wiht this BS we may force these ladies & MPs to take note that their service is quickly running downhill.

At the suggestion of a visiting SP I booked a session with a friend of hers. Called in the morning for a session later in the afternoon. Confirmed a 430 time and got the hotel locaiton. I had a meeting that would go until 4 and another in the early eve so I had 90 mins between - perfectly timed. I arrived at the DT hotel right on time and texted her for the room as instructed at exactly 4:26. 4:35 no response. I resend stating Im there waitng for room number. 4:40 still nada...so I call. No answer. 4:42 text 'Hi 5 mins ok" still no room. I wait. 4:50 another text "5 more mins hun". No apology no nothing. I've now been waiting out front of the hotel for 25 mins, cold and front deks is curiously watching me. 4:55 nothing so I walk back to vehicle. As i start my vehicle "5 more mins" I respond "No thanks I'm out". "Are you ready to come up now?" she reponds. WTF? I call, she answers, "Are you coming up? (still don't have a room #)". I explain that I now no longer have time and she's kept me waiting for 1/2 hr. "Well shit happens in this biz ya know" "My last appt was late and he wanted to sit around and talk after, what am I supposed to do kick him out?" WTF?! YA dummy! #1 if your appt is late and it affects my time, they are booked to close together, and if it were me I'd fully expect the clock starts at the booked time I'm thinking. Before I can speak she yells "You need to learn about this industry" and hangs up. WOW is all I can say, if Im late I NEVER expect them to extend that is my problem not theirs. Time is $ I understand it. So is there no value to our time? Are we not the reason these ladies can make a living? Maybe I'm an idiot, but seems like quite the double standard.

Going to the hockey game and meeting people there. I have all the tickets so I refuse to be later than the time we said we'd meet. Its 5 and game at 7, agreed 645 takes me 20-25 to get there. Hmmmmmm, I can probably sneak in a 30-45 min session somewhere. Whats on the way. Legends, ok been a while since I've been there so I call. Receptionist tells me who is on, I say "Ok I'm two minutes away and only have 30 minutes who is avail right now" "All of them she says, come meet them" I respond "No I won't have time to meet, only have 30 minutes(ensuring she hears it again) I will book with (nameless, not important), cya in two minutes" I arrive park and fly up the stairs....all is going to plan, smooth as silk. Enter the WRONG! Receptionist greets me asks if Im the appt, I confirm and leads me to room. I enter room she points at shower and says there's the shower I will go tell her your here, she'll be right in (now 525) didn't start shower, no towel etc. Ok I think whatever, lack of professionlism but I'ma big boy. I start shower, get undressed, wait for water to heat up, get my own towel ready and rinse off. Get out, dry off and go lie down. Waiting and waiting (544) I'm thinking well this is now longer feasible. So I start getting dressed, enter my attendant she says "5 more mins hun" I explain I no longer have time and told her receptionist I had 30 mins. She leaves as I dress and comes back, "We just had a shift change (at 530 I'm thinking, ummm no) and she says she didn't hear that" I respond "I said it twice, she heard me". Now I feel bad she lost out on some really easy $ but seriously....wtf! I leave $20 for the shower clean up, and she walks me out saying "sorry, would you like to rebook?" In my head I'm saying no shot in hell with that idiot that answers your phone and is supposed to be our first impression.
Am I out of line here? Should we not be treated like CUSTOMERS???? Is that so hard to do when we enable this hobby?
We need to stop taking this crap lightly and walk out on them more.....maybe a lack of $ and missed LEXUS or Mortgage payments might change their mind about things. Ladies, you need to start realizing we too deserve respect and respect our time! Believe it or not, our time is $$ too!
I did return after the game to see the attendant as I didn't feel it was her fault and thought we could make ammends but unfortunately she was booked for the rest of the night.
Do you gents not agree that only we can change these behaviours and treatments? Lets put our foot down more regularly maybe one day they will realize we need to be valued too........
