I, too, am new to this site, so I hope my reply comes through ok. I have the Massage Office program you are asking about, and I think it is a great addition to my business. It is not too difficult to use, and it does everything from tracking products and services, to soap notes (with anatomy drawings and coloring tools) and HCFA insurance forms, to client info, mailings, and an editing program for making fliers and forms. There are aspects of the program I haven't had the opportunity to use yet, but I am very satisfied with my purchase. The program is fairly simple to use if you have basic computer skills. A couple of things stumped me, but with the book of instructions and a little practice, everything was running smoothly. Hope this helps!Yvonne
