Have you tried The Healing Codes?

I have a printout with diagrams that someone gave me and it's called the Unforgiveness Code #1 and #2. You use specific hand positions for thirty seconds for each different position. I do this at night and have been having very vivid dreams, so something is going on. It's like a self-healing type of thing. I am wondering if it is the same as this:

"The Healing Codes"

If it is, are there other diagrams for other Codes somewhere online?

It sounds like there are different Codes for different problems. I've been doing the Unforgiveness one for about a week before bed and it makes me very relaxed and I have vivid dreams.
