i heard today there is a government health directive to GP's that they should actually be recommending complementary therapies to patients... anyone else heard/ read this? it was apparently in the times a few weeks back.

also, an article in the daily mail today about personal fitness trainers being emplyed by the NHS for patients. i tried to find an online link but couldnt. it did say they would be NHS trained trainers...
