Help me get to SRM

I need a little help here...

I want to go to SRM today, but need directions on how to get there on the TTC. I'll be starting out at Yonge/Bloor. Can somebody please tell me the easiest or best way to get as close as possible.

If I have to take a cab from some point thats fine... I just dont want to pay for a cab all the way.

It's gonna take you about 2 hours one way via public transit.

I think there's Go station near by. Call them and find out. Taking the TTC will take you forever.

Try taking a GO Bus from Yorkdale to Bramalea Station and calling a cab from there (5 minutes).

Can't help on directions, but since your traveling so far, call ahead of time to make sure the MPA you want to see is available...even if you booked an appointment.

There is actually a GO bus stop just about within 10 minutes walking distance, check their website for a schedule...gs

Take the GO train from Union or from Bloor GO station (Kipling subway) to Bramalea station. It takes about 30 minutes. Then you can walk to SRM along Steeles avenue, although it is noisy!It's about 20 minutes on foot (Well for me, but I'm in my fifties, less for a younger guy). If it's raining, you can take a cab (about $7). There's a phone right at the GO station. Check the return train times though, as it is not a frequent service. As stated, there are GO buses, but I can never firure out how to read their schedules. Good luck.

Take the subway up to Finch station ... take the #77 Bramlea/Vaughan bus (both buses share the same route) to Bramlea City Centre. Make sure to get a transfer and then get on the #14 Bramlea Torbram bus which will take you to Steeles/Torbram which is where SRM is located.

The whole trip should be about hour and half ... bring a magazine to read LOL!!!

why not rent a car. Probably get one for $30-$40 for the day. A lot cheper than taking a taxi and a lot faster than taking the bus. It will save you a couple of hours of your time.

I hope you've made an appointment with your MPA of choice, because you'll be pissed as hell is she is already taken when you get there...
