How can I introduce my son to a young lady I work with?

My son has a hard time finding dates, and this young girl who I work with at a phone center would be perfect for him. How can I introduce them without being overbearing? I don't want to come across as a crazy mom.
 
To do good things in the world, first you must know who you are and what gives meaning to your life.
 
Introductions like this usually end in a bad way. Because your idea of a perfect girlfriend for your son is probably very different from your son's idea of a perfect girlfriend. His hormones are different from yours. And he doesn't think about girls the way you think. It's not possible for you to imagine well what kind of a girl he wants to be friends with.

The thing is, if you introduce him to her. Then he will feel obligated to date her, whether he finds her attractive or not. But if he doesn't like her that much, then eventually his relationship with her will fall apart. And both of them might end up with hurt feelings in the end.
 
invite some friends (including her) to come to dinner at your house.. make sure your son is there. that way it doesnt look like you are trying to get them together...it just looks like you are having a dinner party.
 
"Forget" something when you leave for work one day (ie:your lunch, cellphone, money, whatever) and ask your son to bring it in for you.
