How do I introduce myself to a girl that I've never spoken to before?

Okay, I'm 16, and there's this girl in my lunch who sits at the table next to mine and I can't get over her. The problem is, I've NEVER had any classes with her, NEVER spoken to her, and NEVER met her, so I have no idea how to go about introducing myself. I'm kind of shy, so it's hard to just walk over and start up a conversation. Any advice?

if your to nervous to introduce yourself have one of your friends who are friends with her introduce you two......&& if that doesn't work then accidentally bump into her then start talking......

Maybe get some of your friends to go over to that table with u and start talking to random people. Then you start talking to her. Just say, "hey whats your name" then tell her yours after shes done answering and go from there

When u walk past her table, wave hi to her. if u have myspace/facebook look for her name and be friends with her, and start a conversation with her over the internet. and the next day, try to sit by her table and say hi to her, and say 'hi, i added u on my facebook/myspace account yesterday'. then she'll notice that u did and maybe she'll start over that conversation u had with her in facebook/myspace.
