How do I introduce myself to her without a breakdown?

Hello! First of all, her and I haven't really met at all for the entire year in my high school. I'm a freshman and she's a sophomore. We take a very quick glances at each other after 2nd period and she always seems to blush but we never say anything. From what I know, she likes me and I like her. I found out from her friends and that one day one of my friends told me to chat with her on facebook. We talked a lot about different stuff. I had to throw out questions to keep the conversation going. Is it just normal for guys to do the talking and that the girls just like to listen and answers back? We chatted for the first time together on Facebook for a very long time, almost 5 hours till midnight. Now I asked her to meet up with me after school to actually see each other in person. I need some help in how to start a conversation. I have read a chat session that one of my other friends sent me when they talked to her. I feel very guilty to read it but I couldn't resist, at least I know she likes me and I like her.
