How I got Warts

maybe I don't want to know.....I've been with my wife for 8 years.....I've visited several mp's over the years and a couple of incalls but never had intercourse or recieved or given oral...one licked my bag before I could stop her.....befoer my wife I had about 6 aprtners and a few of them I had unprotected sex with....now out of the blue I get notice what looks like a little bump of skin...i ignor it for a while (weeks) ad then I notice a nother one (both near the bass of the shaft) I ignore it (i the king of denial) and then a while later I notice a third....i can't stand it...I start to feel bad having sex with my wife....i go to the walk in clinic...he says I have genital warts...sexually transmitted...then he burns them with dry ice stuff....YOUUUCH!...he says come back in two weeks three weeks go by and I do some research...ok there is omwething i can apply myself...i go back...differnet doc...he gives me a prescription...costs $60.000 apply twice a day for three days then 4 days off then repeat that cyle two more times......itch y (they weren't itchy before)....dried up the skin and created a little scab like thing.....

Please someone tell me it was probably from previous partners and not an MPA or Incall biotch....

Bad news...

It's unlikely your wart came from your previous partner(s). These would have crept up long ago. If you didn't catch the wart from the 'ball lick', you may have caught it from unchanged linen. What do I mean by this? Some spas use the same towels we lie on, over and over again. If you ever lie down on the towel and you can smell aftershave, perfume or cigarette smoke off of the towel, it's been used before. The same goes for the trusty towel that you dry 'johnson' up with after the massage. Is this being re-used? It sounds sick but it happens. The classier spas (Allure, HFH, IT, etc.) change the shower towel and the massage table towel after every massage.

When I suspect re-used linen I ask for new towels. (continue on with my massage cautiously and vow to never return)

Speaking of warts, I have read numerous complaints of clients catching planter's warts on their feet from the MP showers. In fact, there were several postings regarding guys that caught the warts from Mystique's old 'wet room'.

This will probaly sound anal. I carry a bottle of Absorbine Jr. with me. After I towel dry my feet, I rub some on my feet.

They can be burnt off.. but if you don't take them off.. they will spread.

I'm no doctor, but I think you can be exposed to the virus that causes warts and remain asymptomatic for years. The virus can become active during periods of stress. This is why some people "get" cold sores during periods of stress or illness. These are probably different virus types, but they may act the same way.

.. and Lyla once said the same thing.. that they were too detailed.. but I think that it is better at least to know what it looks like. When I first began working, going to the library researching diseases was the first thing that I did. Many diseases though don't show up visually sometimes.

you said the warts were at the base of your little guy, right? that tells me that you could have gotten them from anyone you had sex with, since that is the area that isn't covered by the condom. also, not to be an asshole, but are you sure you didn't get them from your wife? if you're stepping out on her is it so impossible for her to be doing the same thing?

I'm no expert, but the literature that I have read suggests that Genital Warts are spread primarily through vaginal or anal intercourse. Transmission through oral sex is possible but unlikely and other methods, e.g. towells is not mentioned.
There are still a lot of other things you can catch which is why I have always drawn the line at upscale MPs.

did some reading on genital warts. this is what i found.
try as i might, i couldn't find one article that says you can catch genital warts from a towel. all articles point to skin to skin contact at the very least.
they appear on the penis, shaft, scrotum, anus or the area between the scrotum and anus. on rare occasions they can appear in the mouth or throat, but only after oral sex with an infected person. warts found on the hands and feet are of a different variety.

Once you get HPV, you've got it for life, though you won't necessarily develop the warts. HPV may or may not appear as warts, and though the warts themselves may be treated quite readily in males, in females they may be treated, but with much more difficulty as they can be internal and on very sensitive tissue. One very nasty place for a male tho' is when warts appear in the opening of the urethra (damp mucous membranes), then you've got trouble.

It is extremely unlikely, even close to impossible, that HPV's could ever be transmitted from a table cover or towel. Were this to happen it would have to be fluke, caused by the concurrence of several coincidences all at the same time. Forget about this one! Intimate contact, skin to skin is needed.

Common warts on the hands and feet are also caused by HPV's though they are not the same type HPV's responsible for warts in the genital area i.e. Genital Warts. Nor will Genital Warts grow on the hands and feet.

There are are about 60 different types of HPV recognized, and of these, only about a third are considered to be sexually transmissible. And of those that are sexually transmissible, only some are responsible for producing warts, though they may all infect the body w/o presenting any symptoms.

Well known by our female cohorts, as sometimes being caused by HPV's, is cancer of the cervix.
