how should i write and introduce a song?

well what sort off song are you writting

im a song writter, and i tend to find when im going to write a tune, i first think off the mood that im in at the time,. then i think off what i wanna write about,

once i got my subject , i think off highlights about it
for instance, ex girlfriends that hurt you, think off litle lines that work well for that , that aint so direct
ex: always a brother never the lover, you wouldnt know how much you mean unless you saw my night time dreams
