How to introduce new puppy into our family?

We are getting a new puppy in a month. She will be an 8 week old siberian husky hybrid. We already have a 16month old husky. He is very hyper and loves to play with dogs. So I am wondering how to introduce them to each other without my older dog overwhelming her and scarying her I know he will be nice to her but I know he will overwhelm her. Any advice on how I should let her get used to him first?
 
Dogs are dogs. The first day, they'll spend time investigating one another. They get used to each other in no time. He'll ease right in since he is a pup. Just separate them when feeding time. Dogs are very territorial when it comes to food.
