You could find one for sale. As I understand mp's should have a licence (holistic) then it's a matter of the usual business stuff GTA-Traveller knows of such things

It honestly varies on the girl and the spa!!! Some spas are not FS then you charge more for fs and some are FS ! So it certainly varies

Holistic or bodyrub parlor? Holistic is easier to get a spa license in Toronto, but you need a quack source to sign off on practitioner licenses. Bodyrub license is easier to get for the girl (just pay the fee and get an STD exam), but Toronto isn't issuing more parlor licenses, so you need to buy a pre-existing spa.

It's honestly less headache to start your own escort agency. Less regulation, less red tape, lower rent, bigger cut of the fees.

There are a lot of hoops to jump through but its fairly easy. I would recommend buying an existing spa. Building one is a pain.

Jamiewolf is incorrect about the city of toronto and licencing. There is no such thing as a "spa transfer" there are considered a new business each time even in the same location. They are issuing licences for new spa business.

You can do some general easy math, Owner makes $30 per client and 10 clients per day x 30 days. less rent and expenses
