How would one introduce lead to unleaded fuel?

I have lots of lead doing nothing, and was just wondering (Since I have an old fuel injected car) If there would be a way to introduce this lead into the fuel line. I was thinking of making a fuel filter sized can, with lead bar inside it with holes drilled in the bar. would the fuel flow (12L/min) be abrasive enough in order for lead to be introduce to the engine?

I have no idea if this will work lol! but it's worth me asking anyway.

What are you trying to accomplish? If you need slower burning, higher octane fuel to prevent knocking just buy premium. Since your car is fuel injected it has hardened valve seats so it does not need lead as a lubricant.

First off wrong kind of lead, Tetra Ethyl Lead was used back in the day as a cheap way to increase the octane rating in gasoline for use in high compression engines, second it's worth around $1.25 per lb at the metal recyclers, thats what you should do with it instead of introducing it into the enviroment and possabaly poisoning yourself. if you need more octane buy premium or race fuel.

First, tetra ethyl lead will destroy your catalytic converter. If you need an octane boost, add ethanol not lead.
