I am currently taking Once a day teen advantage multi vitamins and I take a separate vitamin (calcium/vitamin d) prescribed by my doctor. Are these vitamins enough to substitute what I am not getting from meat.
Also, I am not stopping cold turkey I am easing into it going from
Turkey
Pig
Cow
Chicken
Possibly in two week intervals
Like this week I stopped eating Turkey
the the week after next I will drop pig
so on so forth.
But are these vitamins enough or should I switch to something else?
Also, Before this gets said I did not mention fish because I do not eat fish I think that it is gross.
I am very interested in becoming vegan It will be alot easier than the vegitarian step as I only consume dairy whenever it is other products. I don't drink milk unless it is with cereal I only eat cheese when it is in mac and cheese so on so forth. My doctor has me on Vitamin D becuase I have stenosis of the kidneys and she said I needed it.
