i want to discover new beautiful classical music(newbie)?

i simply discovered how much i love classical music.but there are some pieces that aren't my kind. or maybe i'm not able understand them... could you help me introducing to me new beautiful songs? the most i love piano, violin, ...but also flute, and theremin (but it depends)
i love beethoven's moonlight sonata(3rd part, of course everyone loves it:) ), debussy's clair de lune, liszt's liebestraum and hungarian rhapsody and some of chopin's pieces, vivaldi's stabat mater and many others that don't come in my mind right now. oh, and i've recently discovered how fascinated i am by Pachelbel's Canon In D Major. this may help you make an idea what i could like :) so i need help from those who are into this kind of music.... (or not necessarily, simply show me what you love)
