i want to use a tanning bed, im a newbie and i have natural light tanned skin?

my natural light tan is okayish but i want a golden glow to it, i have never been on a sun bed, what should i take with me and how can i get that golden glow? thank you xx
i dont want to use self tanning creams and that, coz they stain clothes and can be messy... is there any other way to get an all over glow without getting messy?

. Don't use a tanning bed because it can give you skin cancedr yes you may look nice but there are other ways.
.For instance you can use self tan/fake tan or have a spray tan which are probably cheaper that a tanning bed.
.If you apply youre own fake tan you can use it more than once and this builds up to a golden glow .

DON'T GO ON THE TANNING BED .
Tanning beds age your skin and it will give you skin cancer.
my mums friend stella is filthy rich thanks to her husband and she has been going on the tanning beds for 2 years and her skin looks so old, she is 35 but her skin looks like 40.

Please don't use a tanning bed. By using a tanning bed, you're increasing your chances of skin cancer. There are other safer ways of getting a golden glow to your skin.

Well since you're new, you don't have to take anything unless you're going to wear a bikini in there. The people at tanning salons are very helpful with deciding how much time you should tan for and what you're looking for. Now a days there are faster beds with higher wattage so you can tan faster and facials that have more lights on your face. So definitely ask when you get it there what is good for you plus your budget as the more accelorating beds cost more to use. Definitely bring eye wear if you have it or you'll have to purchase it. Also you'll need a lotion, which salons have plenty. Don't always go and buy the most expensive one, tell them what you're looking for in tanning and they will point you to a good one. They may start you one one lotion which helps get your base tan and then you may move to another one to maintain it. People who work there, especially at chain salons, tend to know what their talking about!
