For those in the know - the shop owner is talking about changing us from a perceneforum.xxxe to charging a flat weekly rate. Does that make a difference in an IC status? Or would that put us squarely in a renter category?
I'm fine with it either way. Actually, she's going to get less $$ from me, going to a flat rate as the shop's 40% is much higher than that. But we have a couple of PT'ers who are going to take a hit with this one. They probably won't stay there, which is sad as they are both really talented people.
