Bob King, cofounder of the Chicago School of Massage, has passed away. King’s career as an educator spanned several decades, during which time he positively influenced countless students and helped build the massage profession. In 2004 he was recognized with a Distinguished Service Award by the Massage Therapy Foundation, and in 2009 he and his wife Kathie received the Massage Therapy Foundation/Performance Health Humanitarian Award.
