INO Business Plan/Mkting ideas

[One week til Candice!!]

I am a student working on a business plan. I would appreciate any feedback you might have.

I am looking to include some information in my plan about marketing to other professionals (chiropractors, PT's...even some insurance offices, social workers, dentists, etc.) in the same medical building as my clinic (I am dreaming big). There is free usuage to the tenants of the building of a conference room. I hope to utililze this space but am at a loss of what would be some good ideas to market myself.

I hade thought of:
Offering speakers
Open House/chair massage (kind of like a minihealth fair)??

Any other suggestions would be so much apprecaited.

Have a ribbon cutting through you local area Chamber of Commerce. I found the ribbon cutting to be most beneficial. It was a great opportunity to bring local area business owners into your facility. The Chamber in our area will call upon other business owners to attend your ribbon cutting. Along with the individuals you contact to come.

The chamber would collect business cards in a basket and have you draw two names to hold the ribbon for you to cut it. You can talk about your business and give details of the benefits of massage, show them around your business, etc. Offer refreshments as well, if it's on the lunch hour. After it's all said and done, you have a basket full of business cards and several people have seen your business.

It definitely is a great opportunity!
