Intino Grace Massage is actually a Nail Spa in Sage Hill. I texted the number in the ad and made an appointment for a massage with Lorna. She says she is a Filipina lady. In text messages she says there are no extras available. She asks for 99/HR and prefers one hour appointments as oppose to half hour appointments, for obvious reasons!

I decided to check out it anyways, to see the quality of massage and service so I booked a time. I saw this picture in the ad so I did not ask for location. In text messages she did not provide location either. I drove all the way to Sage Hill and to the address on the picture. I texted her to let her know I am there. She responds "ok". I go in to the Nail Spa. A lady greets me. I ask for Lorna. She tells me "I am sorry she is not here"! I was like WTF?!!! She then decides to text me and tell me how she is some where on Centre street. I was like "Seriously?"

I leave out the rest of the unpleasant conversation. You might have a different experience but in my book this is an avoid at all costs and says a lot for the quality of service we can expect from her. Out right false advertising and a total communication fail. Not sure if Intino actually offers massage, I didn't ask. But I have a good guess why she is not there with this type of customer service

Lorna is a pleasant Asian masseuse who I’ve visited several times for legit, draped massages. She used to work at Maggie’s and is now at 4803 Centre St. North.

She’s on the heavy side and is quite strong. I go for half hours, for work on my back, and Lorna charges me $60.

I’d recommend her for legit massages and I had no communication problems.

While that is the address she gave me afterwards, something doesn't add up here!

I'd say this is Lorna on this page of the website and note the location: Contact

I would expect a "professional" masseuse to be actually professional. Which starts with providing a proper address for the client and not advertising something else on more then one occasion. Giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she works at more than one location, still she might want to tell that to her client "I am here today!"

Very good therapeutic deep tissue massage, 100% legit, no funny business! She does acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine too.
Alicia is right across the hall from where Lorna is, Alicia told me they are not a massage clinic, they are a beauty shop of some sort and they are Indian ladies there (from the country India)
