weird... advice please? I've been with my boyfriend for about a month- so things are fresh but it feels like we've been together way longer. I'm 22 he's 26.

My mom knows about him and has seen him but they haven't actually been formally introduced. I haven't met any of his family either but they know about me and he talks to me and refers to me when they are around... (his mom does not really know though..)

I was going to formally introduce him to my mom when he comes over before we go out on thursday (for my birthday) and cut the cake and everything...

BUT... I feel a little weird that I'm "bringing him home" before he formally introduces me to his parents.
Our relationship is really great and I trust him... he's asked me if I wanted to go to his familys church and etc but nothing is set in stone..

I just don't know what to think?
Should I say something to him or just introduce him and not make it a big deal

Ps. it's just my mom and I lives with a bigger family.
