HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) – Investigators with the Human Trafficking Task Force were at a local massage parlor on Friday.
Investigators taped off the area around 3C Foot Spa on Youngstown-Hubbard Road.
The business had previously been raided in August, along with two other businesses, as part of a year-and-a-half-long investigation.
At the time, investigators said they uncovered evidence of commercial sex trafficking after beginning their investigation in February of 2023.

Investigators said their visit was related to the previous investigation, but they would not give more information.
The building is owned by Trumbull County Commissioner Rick Hernandez, who does not own the business but is renting it to the tenants. He said Friday that it was the last day for the current lease and if it is found that there was any unlawful or illegal activity there, he would evict the tenants. When informed that an arrest was made, Hernandez told First News he does not plan to resign the lease and would begin the eviction process.
