Hi,
First of all, I don't really manage my itunes well. My computer break down a few months ago. I don't have back up of the file especially the itunes file.

But now I want to update my iphone version. Is there anyway so that I won't lose all my applications, contacts, messages, music, pictures etc??
Because it seems that if you click sync on itunes, they will replace what is on your itunes to what is in your phone..

Please I need help
I cannot drag anything into my itunes.. -_-
I think since I recover my computer, my iphone does not recognize my itunes. What should I do?
