IS COVID19 and COVID 21 here forever ?

What if this covid 19 virus stays with us forever??????
What if Covid19 mutates every month and kills lots on Earth (including dogs, cats, cows, chickens and fish) ????
Only a few humans immune from it, due genetic advantage ????
What if the world ends soon?
Why are they not sending contruction cities to Mars?
What are doing about this bleak outcome?

My own theory is that the Chinese Commies took an existing coronavirus and weaponized it for human transmission by altering its receptors. If that is the case, it won't go away anytime soon because it won't behave like anything in the natural order. The only solution would be an improved vaccine with 100% effectiveness. The current vaccines are nothing like that. Something else that would really help would be some sort of drug package that you could take if you suspect you have covid without having to go through the time-wasting testing ritual. This would keep a lot of people out of the ICU.
