Is there any hope on Cozumel or Costa Maya these days?

Hey all you swingin' Ds out there! I am boarding my first cruise to Cozo and Costa for the first time in five years, and am hoping things have improved since Wilma in 2005. Back then, Cozo was just beginning to start the reconstruction-process, and Costa was closed for some time to come. There used to be a couple of hangouts on Cozo before the hurricanes hit that year, but since then I have not heard of anyone having any success in finding sweet, beautiful ladies to spend time and money on.

Anybody out there have a suggestion (or hopefully several) for a day-tripper heading back to do some muff-diving after he does his morning dive off the 3,000 foot watery-cliffs of Cozumel (or Costa Maya)?

Any success I find I will dutifully report to everyone back here on mpnet.
